Like so many reviewers, we went into the shop intending to just see what types of pieces they offered. We had looked in the windows over the years on the way to/from meals. The staff's friendliness was so refreshing. We saw some pieces that interested us. Our salesperson's helpfulness and honesty ended up sealing the deal. We purchased 2 lovely pieces on the spot. And she cleaned 2 rings I was wearing while we shopped. We will return to have our watches serviced and for other jewelry needs in the future!

They reset the back onto my watch in short order and the service was incredibly friendly.

They have occasional sales with some great bargains. Get there early on those sales days.

Initially went into this store to just get ideas without any intentions of buying from this place. However the great welcome from the staff and the personal yet professional feel of the staff there was very inviting. I personaly know nothing about jewelery and was a bit stressed out before coming to midtown jewlers. I was merely browsing around looking for a great setting for my future fiance. Found a great deal on a platinum setting and they were so understanding and very helpful. Very amazed of how quick they were able to get the setting done with the diamond I had brought in less than 3 days. You will NOT waste your time when coming to this store, will most certainly be buying jewelry from midtown jewelers in the near future.
