Initially went into this store to just get ideas without any intentions of buying from this place. However the great welcome from the staff and the personal yet professional feel of the staff there was very inviting. I personaly know nothing about jewelery and was a bit stressed out before coming to midtown jewlers. I was merely browsing around looking for a great setting for my future fiance. Found a great deal on a platinum setting and they were so understanding and very helpful. Very amazed of how quick they were able to get the setting done with the diamond I had brought in less than 3 days. You will NOT waste your time when coming to this store, will most certainly be buying jewelry from midtown jewelers in the near future.

I had a challenging request (making a custom setting for a stone from another dealer in a short window of time) and Midtown Jewelers could not have been more helpful and responsive. The final product was perfect. I highly recommend their services.

I went to Midtown to get a vintage engagement ring resized. Since my ring is unique and one of a kind, I was very particular about where I went. The folks at Midtown did an excellent job. Lynn was extremely friendly and helpful. My service was prompt and the task was completed quickly and flawlessly. I will definitely return there for future jewelry needs.

I had an excellent experience here when I bought an engagement ring. The staff was patient and polite. Bobby was especially patient and non-pushy when showing me some settings and diamonds. I made a special request to have my ring prepared within two days, and the staff made it happen. Then my fiancE took the ring back twice to get it resized, and that was completely hassle-free. Great job guys, I'm very pleased.

Awesome Service, they were able to resize my ring and reset the stone timely, professionally and correctly. I previously had someone else resize the ring with less success on two occasions. They did it right the first time.
