I was very pleased with my experience. My husband wedding band was exactly what I hoped for and more. The process was pain free and enjoyable. This was a gift, and my husband absolutely loves it. It was a bit pricey however, but I understand that that is the nature of one-of-a-kind handmade works of art. STUNNING PIECE OF ART.

Fantastic jewelry store! I've made a couple purchases in the past, and most recently went there to find a necklace for my significant other's birthday. Lynn was very helpful in presenting some options and patient while I selected the perfect one. Will definitely be going back again.

Got an engagement ring here and worked with Nancy. She was extremely helpful in determining the size/shape of the stone and finding the great setting with my fiance.

I came back a week later with fiance's friend and Nancy had ordered a number of stones that fit the profile we were looking for. She followed up with the people making the setting to make sure the ring was received in time for the proposal.

Lynn and Midtown really seemed to want to make sure me and my fiance were happy with the purchase before anything else. She was very helpful and answered all my questions about the jewelry. I went to quite a few jewelers to have my wedding ring repaired , but all said they could not repair it. I went to Midtown and spoke with Vijay and he was courteous, reassuring, and kind. He let me know he would try and he did. My ring has been repaired back to its original state and looks beautiful! He will definitely be receiving business and well as referrals from me in the future!

I was looking for a spring bar for my hublot watch for a few weeks. It's a tough piece to just order. I work in the town center and decided I would stop by and see if they could help. They had my watch fixed the next day free of charge! Really made my day. Staff is extremely friendly
