I've used Midtown Jewelers for about 6 months now. I've been very happy with their customer service and quality of items. So far, we have purchased our engagement ring and wedding bands through Midtown Jewelers. I would put 5 stars for their service and product, however, putting four stars due to what I would call a communication issue. After the engagement, my fiance wished to also get the wedding band from the same manufacturer, Sylvie(sp). Midtown informed us of an upcoming Bridal show in which the representative from Sylvie would be present with a specific ring we wished to see. When the show finally came (2 months wait), the Sylvie rep did not have the specific wedding band. While we ended up going with a different band altogether, not having the band after being told it would be there was disappointing. All that said, we're very happy with the wedding bands we ended up choosing and are excited to pick them up.

I have always had a great experience at Midtown Jewelers. I have had multiple pieces that needed repair or cleaning and they did a great job. Customer service is courteous and during my recent visit I made plans for buying a custom piece as well. Lynn was very knowledgeable and helpful.
