Excellent service. I got engaged and the ring was too big, we came here to resize few months ago and they were quickly and very friendly. Lynn, one of their employees, sent a card to us few days later and it was very thoughtful. We came back yesterday to the store, I lost 20 pounds and the ring no long fit me, I am going to a trip this weekend and they did everything they could to get it done before my trip and again in less than 2 days I had my ring back. Lynn is definitely one of the best there and I am definitely coming back to buy my weeding bands at this store. I am very pleased with the service they provide and to all the friendly employees.

The first time they adjusted my watch it was nearly perfect. I took it back and had no problem with the second adjustment and they did it for no charge. Very friendly and professional.
