I was very pleased with my experience. My husband wedding band was exactly what I hoped for and more. The process was pain free and enjoyable. This was a gift, and my husband absolutely loves it. It was a bit pricey however, but I understand that that is the nature of one-of-a-kind handmade works of art. STUNNING PIECE OF ART.

Fantastic jewelry store! I've made a couple purchases in the past, and most recently went there to find a necklace for my significant other's birthday. Lynn was very helpful in presenting some options and patient while I selected the perfect one. Will definitely be going back again.

I'm a picky bride and walked in to Midtown with my fiancE and a skeptical attitude. I described what I thought I was looking for in about three words. The first ring Lynn brought out for us was the one! Love this ring and so enjoyed working with Midtown Jewelers!

Got an engagement ring here and worked with Nancy. She was extremely helpful in determining the size/shape of the stone and finding the great setting with my fiance.

I came back a week later with fiance's friend and Nancy had ordered a number of stones that fit the profile we were looking for. She followed up with the people making the setting to make sure the ring was received in time for the proposal.

Lynn was fantastic to work with. She provided informative and personalize service with no sales pressure. Lynn and Midtown really seemed to want to make sure me and my fiance were happy with the purchase before anything else. She was very helpful and answered all my questions about the jewelry. Everyone in the store was very nice and the selection was great.

I went to quite a few jewelers to have my wedding ring repaired , but all said they could not repair it. I went to Midtown and spoke with Vijay and he was courteous, reassuring, and kind. He let me know he would try and he did. My ring has been repaired back to its original state and looks beautiful! He will definitely be receiving business and well as referrals from me in the future!

I was looking for a spring bar for my hublot watch for a few weeks. It's a tough piece to just order. I work in the town center and decided I would stop by and see if they could help. They had my watch fixed the next day free of charge! Really made my day. Staff is extremely friendly

Midtown Jewelers are the best! I wanted a custom pink jeweled wedding band done for my fiance. They had lots of great ideas right off the bat and were very knowledgeable about designing the ring, both from a looks perspective and for the longevity of the piece. The end result was amazing. I shopped around a fair amount for someone to undertake this project and ultimately went with Midtown because of their enthusiasm for what they do and the artistry with which they approached the situation. Literally all of the other NoVa custom ring designers weren't very enthusiastic or inspired about the project and basically seemed like they wanted to make the ring as fast as they could, take your money, and get you out the door. Midtown was happy to consider different ideas and really explore making the project something special and unique. I went to the shop maybe 4 times during the planning process and all customers seemed like repeat shoppers, which really says something I think. Midtown really care about what they do and it keeps people coming back.
