Midtown Jewelers provided us excellent service right from the start, without being pushy about anything.

We came in to get our ring fingers sized so that we could consider all options, including online, for our wedding bands. We felt bad having to do this so we offered to pay for the service but they said no charge, any good jeweler would do it for free. We also brought in one ring to resize since it was a gift that was too small. Midtown Jewelers provided us our sizes and took the ring for resizing without trying to push anything on us.

We then decided as we were leaving that we wanted to just see what they had. They were very informative and very willing to work with us to find as close a match as they could to what we wanted. In the end, we also ordered our wedding bands from them since they could get them done in time (around week) and the price was good enough. They also were really good about remember our names and other details. Very impressive service!

We discovered this jeweler when we were looking for engaygement rings. My fiance and I both loved the Lashbrook Designs company for rings. They had so many samples and ordered more when we wanted something that they did not have. There is probably an infinite combination of design options from this company but the Midtown representative did not let us get overwhelmed by guiding us with solid qualifying questions. Overall, I would definitely recommend them for wedding rings whether you are gay and straight!

My fiance and I had a very positive experience working with Midtown. Vijay was very pleasant and professional. He actually misquoted me for my wedding band, but promptly called to let me know and corrected it; he was very apologetic. The band came in much sooner than expected too.
