Stopped by with my best friend's soon-to-be fiance to help him pick out an engagement ring for her. Mind you, we were both expecting a long evening of ring hunting (even considering stopping by the mall if we were desperate). I previously worked in the RTC area and passed by this jeweler many times. I saw the numerous positive reviews and recommended this store to be our first stop.

We were immediately greeted by a gentleman (who's name escapes me at this time) who was professional, cheery, and very easy to work with. We described my best friend's "must haves" for a ring, but I also stressed that she wanted her soon-to-be fiance to have some input in choosing the design as well. We never felt like we were being hand-held through the diamond selection process, rather more "educated" on what aspects go into a good-looking stone. Fast forward about an hour, and we had picked out a gorgeous (and reasonably priced) setting and diamond in what was possibly the least painless process possible.

This jeweler may not have everything you're looking for, but they'll try their hardest to make your experience a great one. I'll be sure to recommend Midtown Jewelers from here on out!

Of all the jewelers in the DMV, Midtown Jewelers is the best I've found. I've been to many stores in the region where they instantly profile you as soon as you walk in, or push you to buy whatever product they're trying to quickly move, but not at Midtown. You're treated with only friendliness and respect, and I'm happy to give them my support.

I had a overwhelmingly positive experience with Midtown. Bobby and his staff were patient, knowledgeable, connected, and helpful. The engagement went great and they helped me design a ring and have it made for a family stone in a very short time. I wholeheartedly recommend them and would do business with their again without hesitation.

Update: my wife and I just went back looking for a push present for her with the birth of our first child. Bobby was an excellent help and helping my wife figure out what she wanted. The pricing is fantastic and we are getting a quick turnaround on the rings being resized. Could not be happier and will certainly give them more business in the future.

Great business - They always have a smile any time we go in, and they run it like a real family business. My wife needed some adjustments to her wedding ring due to some faulty work by another jeweler, and they did it for free. I even offered to help pay for the labor, and they insisted on it being on the house.

I will definitely be purchasing my wife's next piece of jewelry from here.
