I brought in a pearl necklace, that had been my mother's, and I wanted to have it lengthened. This pearl necklace may not be of the highest quality but it is priceless to me and I took it to Midtown Jewelers because of their excellent reputation. Vicky spent considerable time explaining the process of restringing the pearls; the effect of adding pearls; and suggestions to add additional length, if needed. She understood my objective and I am sure I will be thrilled with the result.

The staff at Midtown Jewelers is AMAZING. Bobby guided us through the engagement ring selection process seamlessly and patiently, with a heart of a teacher. Everyone is friendly and they all make a connection with you on a personal level. Bobby has been so very patient with us in every step of the way. After learning more about us personally, he hand-selected the perfect diamond that was within a reasonable price range and also had the characteristics my fiancee wanted. He let her dream but gave her some of the best options that would narrow down her search. Through several visits and numerous emails, Bobby became genuinely invested in our relationship, and was overjoyed after seeing pictures of the proposal. He and his staff made the ring selection process fun, informative, and personal (everything we wanted!). We love to just walk in and hang out there. Even though we are moving across the country in a few months, Bobby has all our details to order our wedding bands when we are ready to move forward. Midtown Jewelers is the place to go!
