Vicky at Midtown jewelers was fantastic in helping me find and customize the perfect ring. They were very helpful in describing the process of how a ring is made and the timeline that it takes for the stone to be set and the ring to come in. They tried to help me find the perfect diamond but I had very specific and rare criteria and ended up purchasing the diamond elsewhere. We did get the ring and diamond set from them and glad we did so. They helped with calling the manufacturer to get the ring expedited and it came on time and looking perfect! Lynn has been an amazing partner in pulling off several surprise ",events" for me. First my Davidov engagement ring for my wonderful wife to be, followed by a perfectly complimenting diamond wedding band and most recently a beautiful set of diamond earrings.

My wife had gone shopping at RTC and casually slipped into Midtown to checkout new arrivals. To be truthful, at that point I was a little behind the curve in birthday shopping. Happily, a few hours later per a previous conversation, Lynn texted me to suggest a special set of earrings that caught my wife's eye. They were beautiful and a perfect idea for a special gift. My wife loved them and I was completely pleased by Lynn's thoughtful, helping act.

My fiance and I could not have been more pleased with our experience with Vicki at Midtown Jewlers in Reston, Virginia. She patiently collaborated with my fiance and I over the summer when we were looking for wedding bands and then, also informed us about the bridal show in October. Despite some unexpected family emergencies over the last few months, we had hoped to be able to come back and meet with Vicki at the bridal show.
